  If I could have given 0 stars I would have. Please save yourself the hassle and strife and do not even inquire about a home here. We have been lied to for months about a mobile home - they have even had to put us in a travel trailer after we were almost left homeless because of their incompetence (with no heat for a week and a toliet clog for four days that we eventually had to fix ourselves) They have displaced a family of four for over 3 and a half months with endless promises that have resulted in nothing. We should have had a home months ago. The extent of the problems exceeds the local property manager. We were barely told of "community rules" regarding our pets months later from people who play by their own rules. Had they been honest, at any point, we would have moved on. Do not be fooled by the "new cosmetic upgrades" - it is only lipstick on a pig. I would have used the internet they supposedly provide to post this but the manager has failed to pay the bill on time.

  Moved into Elk Ridge July 28th. The RV I rented had no propane, the door lock was broken and the kitchen faucet was broken. Submitted a work order, nothing happened. No propane for a month. Was promised a brand new 3/2 trailer 1 September. Moved in with no air conditioning. Was told it would be completed on Tuesday. Ran washer last night and heard bubbling from master bath. Found grey water backing up into the shower and toilets. Pulled cleanout cap off to find the pipe either completely plugged or broken about 4 feet down. Called "emergency" maintenance 3 times, no reply. Called front office 3 times and sent an email. No reply. Talked to neighbor to find that this is typical. This community has no problem cashing my checks though. Those go right through.

  Found guilty in an SEC fraud investigation. No way to call the bank - can only reach a call center that handles many banks and are generally not helpful. I was unable to withdraw $$ by ATM on multiple trips. No way to see account numbers online (have multiple accounts and not all memorized, so literally have to go to the bank in person). Very clunky online banking system. They set artificial limits on daily transfers that are impractical - eventually managed to change one of them, but LANB changed it back and didn't tell anyone. Won't change others even though they can. Don't have a local loan department anymore. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

• Review of "Bandelier Visitor Center" at Los Alamos

  The visitor center is a beautiful building built by the Civilian Conservation Corps in the 1930s. The museum is to the right as you enter. The museum has displays and dioramas on the ancestral Pueblo people and on some of today's Pueblos. The Western National bookstore is to the left as you enter and through the bookstore is the theater. A 14 minute video is shown every 20 minutes (on the hour, 20 after and 40 after). This movie is a great overview of the park.
